The chatbot is powered by Claude AI and is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Responses may be:

• Not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice
  
  

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI responses.

6. Intellectual Property

All original app content—including UI, branding, and AI-generated insights—is the property of Influence AI unless otherwise stated. You may not reuse or reproduce content without permission.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You engage in any activity we determine is harmful or deceptive
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

• That data won’t ever be lost or interrupted
  
  

We are not responsible for damages resulting from app use or AI replies.
